25 And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years.26 She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. 27 When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, 28 because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.” 29 Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. 30 At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” 31 “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ ” 32 But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. 33 Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. 34 He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.
Greetings to you family with Jesus Joy,
As we look into this familiar text regarding the heart of this woman, it should give and ignite in us the push, desire, and the determination to know that if we continue to move pass the pressures of life and people, God will meet us right where he sees us! The deception of the world can drive us to places where we can start to drown the voice of God out because of the false intentions of those who think they have the right answers, but are actually, and without any regard, wasting our time and resources. The place that you can end up after being used and abused by those who are out to deceive you can leave you in a place just like this woman, tired of being sick and tired! When you observe the world we live in today, there’s just about no one who cares about what you’re going through. The Christian perception of “customer service” to the people of God has become a monotonous cliche’ of speech just to appease them, but still leaving them with no remedy to their problem. Never get upset with those who pose as a threat to your redemption, but rather use them to get you to where God will meet you! The press of people can sometimes be a blessing! It may appear that we all are moving in the same direction, but what separates you from the rest is that you have been given an unction from The Holy One to recognize that your time has come! So I dare you to just reach out, and grab what belongs to you because when you do, you surely will get his attention! Be blessed this week! I love you!
